Couch to 5K: 9 Week Training


Hebrews 12:1–3 — Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame,  and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

 

With so much going on in our lives and in our world, it’s easy to grow weary and lose heart. Yet, what if we could come together in community and encourage one another to run the race with perseverance—with our eyes fixed on Jesus? The Couch To 5K aims to do just that. With training every Tuesday, you'll be prepared to participate in a 5K!

 

Whether you’re an avid runner or simply ready to get off the couch, this is a great opportunity for both individuals and families alike to grow together physically and spiritually. We hope you’ll join us beginning Tuesday, March 28. Open to all ages and fitness levels!
